At CL Publishing, we are committed to providing authors and clients with high-quality self-publishing services. This policy outlines our rules for cancellations, changes, and refunds for the services purchased through our website: https://clpublishing.in

🔁 Cancellation Policy

• Before Project Initiation:
  Clients may request a cancellation within 24 hours of making payment, provided the project has not yet been initiated (i.e., manuscript review, editing, design, or ISBN allocation has not begun). In such cases, you may be eligible for a partial refund after deducting administrative charges.

• After Project Initiation:
  Once work has commenced on any stage of your publishing project, cancellations are not permitted and no refunds will be issued.

• Custom Orders:
  For personalized or custom services (e.g., cover design, layout formatting, editorial services), cancellations are not allowed once production has started.

💸 Refund Policy

• Non-Refundable Services:
  All payments made toward publishing plans, including CL-Basic, CL-Essential, CL-Premium, CL-Professional, and CL-Expert, are considered non-refundable once the process has started.

• Refund Eligibility:
  Refunds may only be considered under exceptional circumstances, such as:

  1. a) Duplicate payments

  2. b) Technical errors on our platform

  3. c) Services not delivered as agreed in writing

  In such cases, clients must submit a written request with evidence within 7 days of the transaction.

• Partial Refunds:
  If eligible, any refund processed will be partial, after deducting applicable charges for administrative costs and any services already rendered.

🧾 Refund Process

• Requests for refund or cancellation must be sent via email to support@clpublishing.in with:

  • a) Your full name

  • b) Registered email address

  • c) Invoice number

  • d) Reason for cancellation/refund

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

❗ Important Notes

• CL Publishing reserves the right to decline any cancellation or refund request that violates this policy.

• Disputes or chargebacks raised with payment providers without contacting us first may lead to blacklisting of the client from future services.
