4. Payments & Refunds
a) All fees are communicated clearly before the start of a project.
b) Payments must be made as per the agreed schedule.
c) Refunds, if any, are provided at CL Publishing’s discretion and in accordance with the service agreement. Work already completed is non-refundable.
5. Intellectual Property
a) Authors retain full copyright to their original work.
b) CL Publishing may request non-exclusive rights to use excerpts, cover images, or titles for promotional purposes, with prior consent.
6. Limitation of Liability
CL Publishing is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or website. We do not guarantee specific results, such as book sales or media exposure.
